What are the best of the Oregon coast for 2009?

But the more secretive stuff includes a stunning restaurant inside a castle near Cannon Beach, a beautifully esoteric BnB near Newport, and the wild, weird nature stuff you can see from the Landmark Restaurant and Lounge in Yachats. And what about that really cool culinary arts center in Lincoln City? Or who totally tranformed a sizable chunk of Garibaldi this year?

There's also best coffee/espresso shop on the coast, weirdest nature development of the year, coolest musical moment, and the best bar, bartender and new restaurant categories as well.
